Assembling of the Hose and Fittings

FIG. 1: When installing the hose, make sure it bends naturally to avoid twisting. The fluid pressure applied to the torsion hose can cause the hose failure or the connection  loose.

FIG.2: When the hose is installed flat and straight, the hose should be kept relaxed properly to adapt to the change in the length of the hose when the fluid pressure changes.

FIG. 3: Avoid damage caused by external mechanical friction when installing the hose.

FIG. 4: choose the right hose joint to avoid sharp bending or forced bending.

FIG. 5: the hose shall be installed with natural bending and length, avoiding installation beyond the standard bending radius.

FIG. 6: when installing the boss of the hose connection, the hose should be bent in the direction of movement to prevent the hose from twisting and deforming.

FIG. 7: avoid friction and wear during hose movement installation, usually by using a clamp to support the hose or keep the hose away from moving parts.

FIG. 8: Choose the suitable hose fittings to avoid sharp bending or forced bending, and keep the assembly natural and nice looking.

FIG. 9: Sufficient installation length should be ensured for hose movement to avoid too small hose bending radius.
